When the office is empty
After-hours commercial cleaning
Alma Clean’s published commercial model is evening work: crews arrive after patients and clients leave, clean to the checklist, upload photo proof, and lock up. That is how professional offices and many medical and dental suites get a full clean without a cart in the hallway at 10 a.m.
We are not publishing a day-porter staffing product on this site. Restroom care is part of the after-hours visit, and restroom QR cards alert the team if something fails during the day. That is not the same as a cleaner stationed in your suite from 8 to 5. If you need that model, say so on the walkthrough; we will not invent a day-porter page to rank for the phrase.
Why evenings fit this work
Medical waiting rooms and operatories are in use until the last appointment. Law and wealth offices run meetings late. After hours is when vacuum, restrooms, glass, and the kitchen can be done without an audience. Uniforms and background checks matter more in mixed-tenant buildings where you still pass someone at the elevator.
Kim Cetares trains to hospitality standards: the space should feel ready for the first appointment, not “good enough for a janitor closet.” Herton’s dashboard records that the team actually arrived — GPS check-in and check-out — so after-hours is not a black box.
What the crew is doing
The room mix depends on the account. Medical and dental: exam or operatory rooms, waiting, restrooms, sterile-adjacent spaces on your protocol. Professional: reception, conference, offices, kitchen, restrooms, optional signature scent. The constant is the close: photos in the dashboard before we leave.
Consistent evening schedules are also how the company staffs this work. Careers copy on this site already says evening schedules, no split shifts. That is an operations fact, not a ranking claim.
