The finishing detail

Signature scent program

A commercial space can be technically clean and still feel unfinished. The signature scent program is the detail Alma Clean already publishes on Services: a subtle, consistent profile for reception and common areas so the suite smells like itself every morning — cared for, not masked.

This is not a perfume fog and not a medical claim. We do not say scent disinfects a room. Clinical protocols, dwell times, and photo proof remain on the medical & dental and professional offices pages. Scent is the hospitality finish Kim’s standards would not skip in a hotel corridor; here it is optional, scoped to public-facing rooms you choose.

Where it belongs

Reception, waiting rooms, conference vestibules, and elevator lobbies inside a suite are the usual places. Operatories and sterile-adjacent rooms follow the facility’s product rules; we do not override a practice’s restriction on fragrances in clinical space. If your patients are scent-sensitive, say so on the walkthrough and we keep the program out of those rooms.

Consistency matters more than intensity. The point is that Monday and Thursday smell like the same office, not like whatever bottle was on sale.

How it sits next to the clean

After-hours crews still clean, photograph, and check out. Scent is scheduled as part of that visit when you enroll, not a separate circus. You will see the rest of the work in the dashboard the same way — we do not invent a “scent score.”
