For office managers

Photo-proof cleaning buyer guide

Office managers buy cleaning on trust until trust breaks — usually on a Monday morning in a restroom. This guide is how to buy on a record instead. It describes the proof model Alma Clean already publishes (live check-in, tasks, photo proof, restroom QR alerts) and the questions that work on any vendor. It does not claim we are the highest-rated company in Naples. We do not publish ratings.

What “photo proof” has to mean

A useful photo is dated, tied to a visit, and shows the room you care about. A useful visit has an arrival time you can defend to a partner or a compliance person. Herton Fontineli built Alma Clean’s client dashboard around those two ideas. You log in and see who checked in, which tasks closed, and the photos uploaded before the crew locked up. A monthly compilation can sit in a folder if your office wants a paper-ish archive.

What photo proof is not: a stock image on a website, a selfie with a mop, or a five-star widget. Alma Clean’s homepage quotes are role-based lines (office manager, managing partner, practice administrator) — they are not schema reviews and they are not a substitute for opening the dashboard.

After-hours makes the record more important

Commercial work in Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers happens when you are not standing there. That is the point of after-hours commercial cleaning, and it is why a GPS check-in is not a gadget. You issued access. The log should show it was used. If you manage medical rooms, pair this guide with medical & dental cleaning and the infection-control guide.

How to run a walkthrough

Kim Cetares attends Alma Clean’s first walkthrough. Use that hour to name rooms, fragrance limits, after-hours access, and which photos you want every night. If a vendor sends a salesperson who cannot walk the suite, you are buying a route, not a standard. Book ours from Contact or call (239) 380-0014.

Buyer questions

Is a photo of a mop bucket proof the room was cleaned?

No. Ask for photos of the rooms you named on the checklist, tied to a dated visit with a check-in time. A supply closet picture is not a waiting-room picture.

Do star ratings on a vendor website prove quality?

Not by themselves. Alma Clean does not publish AggregateRating markup or invented scores. A visit log you can open is stronger evidence than a widget.

What should I see after an after-hours clean?

Arrival and departure times, completed tasks, and photos of key areas before lockup. Alma Clean’s dashboard is built for that record. Client login is at app.almaclean.co/login for people who already have access.

How to compare commercial cleaners on proof

  1. List the rooms that matter

Write the rooms you will actually inspect: waiting, restrooms, conference, kitchen, exam rooms. If a vendor cannot photograph those, the rest of the pitch is noise.

  2. Ask how arrival is recorded

Require a time-stamped check-in associated with the property. Alma Clean uses GPS-verified check-in and check-out on each visit.

  3. Ask who sees exceptions during the day

If restrooms can fail between visits, ask whether there is a way for staff to flag them. Alma Clean uses restroom QR cards that alert the team. That is not a day-porter station unless you separately staff one.

  4. Refuse fake metrics

If the sales deck leads with a star average and no visit record, treat the stars as advertising. Ask for a live dashboard walkthrough instead.
