Residential Supervisor

Same pay band as our cleaners — different responsibility. You’ll lead evening residential crews, protect quality, and train people the Alma Clean way.

Pay: $20–$35/hour · Evenings · Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers
Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)

Pay, location & schedule

Pay: $20–$35 per hour (same band as other Alma Clean roles; role differs by leadership scope)

Locations: Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers (SW Florida)

Schedule: Consistent evening schedules — no split shifts

Language: Bilingual preferred. Workplace is English & Spanish. You may apply in Spanish.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and schedule residential cleaning teams for homes and condominiums
  • Run quality control: spot-checks, punch lists, and honest feedback that raises the bar
  • Conduct client walkthroughs when needed — calm, clear, professional
  • Train junior cleaners on Alma Clean residential standards (Kim sets the bar; you reinforce it in the field)
  • Handle same-day issues: access, keys/codes, missed spots, supply gaps
  • Model ownership — crews follow what supervisors actually do, not what posters say

Note: Alma Clean’s public brand is commercial-first. This supervisor role is residential. Expect homes and condos — not medical dashboards as the center of the job.

Requirements

  • Proven reliability and ability to lead by example on evening shifts
  • Comfort giving clear direction and constructive QC feedback
  • Pass a background check (required)
  • Able to work hands-on when the crew needs another set of hands
  • Willingness to align with Kim’s training standards and company methods

Pluses (not required)

  • Reliable transportation (own vehicle a plus)
  • Prior supervisory, team-lead, or training experience in cleaning or hospitality
  • Ownership mentality — you own outcomes, not just hours
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred for this role)
  • Prior residential cleaning experience in SW Florida communities
