Residential Cleaner

Pay: $20–$35/hour · Evenings · Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers

Pay, location & schedule

Pay: $20–$35 per hour based on experience, scope, and certifications (same band across roles — not everyone starts at $35)

Locations: Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers (SW Florida)

Schedule: Consistent evening schedules — no split shifts

Language: Bilingual workplace (English & Spanish). You may apply in Spanish.

What you’ll do

  • Clean homes and condominiums to Alma Clean standards — kitchens, baths, living areas, floors, and high-touch surfaces
  • Follow room-by-room checklists so every visit is thorough and consistent
  • Protect client belongings, privacy, and property while you work
  • Use company-supplied uniforms and equipment the right way
  • Communicate clearly with your supervisor about access, timing, and anything that needs a second look
  • Represent Alma Clean with professionalism in residential buildings and communities

Note: Alma Clean’s public site is commercial-first (medical and professional offices). This role is residential — homes and condos — with the same care and accountability, without the medical-office dashboard focus.

Requirements

  • Reliable, on-time attendance for evening shifts
  • Ability to follow cleaning checklists and quality standards
  • Comfortable working in private homes and condo communities
  • Pass a background check (required)
  • Able to lift, bend, and stand for the length of a shift
  • Willingness to learn Alma Clean methods — Kim trains personally

Pluses (not required)

  • Reliable transportation (own vehicle a plus)
  • Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience
  • Ownership mentality — you finish strong without being watched
  • Medical-office or hospitality cleaning experience (a plus, not a must)
