Commercial Supervisor
Lead evening crews in medical and professional spaces. Same pay band as cleaners — more ownership: quality control, client walkthroughs, and training the next cleaners right.
Pay: $20–$35/hour · Evenings · Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers
Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
Pay, location & schedule
Pay: $20–$35 per hour (same band as other Alma Clean roles; differentiated by leadership & QC scope)
Locations: Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers (SW Florida)
Schedule: Consistent evening schedules — no split shifts
Language: Bilingual preferred. Workplace is English & Spanish. You may apply in Spanish.
What you’ll do
- Lead commercial cleaning teams in medical, dental, and professional office environments
- Own quality control: walk suites before lockup, catch misses, fix standards in real time
- Conduct client walkthroughs — confident, discreet, and aligned with hospitality-grade expectations
- Train junior cleaners on protocols for exam rooms, restrooms, and sterile-adjacent spaces
- Ensure check-ins, task completion, and photo proof land correctly on the client dashboard
- Coordinate with Kim on training standards and with Herton’s ops tools so the field and the dashboard stay in sync
- Escalate safety, access, or compliance concerns immediately
Requirements
- Ability to lead crews and hold a quality bar without drama
- Comfort with client-facing walkthroughs and professional communication
- Pass a background check (required)
- Hands-on cleaning capability when the night needs it
- Familiarity with (or readiness to learn) OSHA / health hazard practices for medical and sterile-adjacent spaces
- Willingness to train others to Kim’s standards
Pluses (not required)
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle a plus)
- Prior commercial cleaning, medical-office, or hospitality supervisory experience
- Ownership mentality — dashboard accuracy and suite quality are your reputation
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred for this role)
- Experience training new cleaners or running QC punch lists
