Commercial Cleaner
Hospitality-grade cleaning for clinics, dental offices, and professional suites — with live check-ins and photo proof so clients never wonder if we came.
Pay: $20–$35/hour · Evenings · Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers
Pay, location & schedule
Pay: $20–$35 per hour based on experience, scope, and certifications (same band across roles — not everyone starts at $35)
Locations: Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers (SW Florida)
Schedule: Consistent evening schedules — no split shifts
Language: Bilingual workplace (English & Spanish). You may apply in Spanish.
What you’ll do
- Clean medical, dental, and professional office spaces to hospitality-grade standards
- Work exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and sterile-adjacent spaces with care and protocol awareness
- Complete task checklists and upload photo proof so the client dashboard stays accurate
- Check in and check out on time — our clients’ dashboards show exactly when we arrive
- Use company uniforms and equipment; follow Alma Clean chemical and safety practices
- Flag issues early (access, supplies, damaged fixtures) so supervisors can resolve them fast
Requirements
- Reliable evening availability and on-time arrival
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and photo-proof workflows
- Pass a background check (required)
- Able to lift, bend, and stand for the length of a shift
- Willingness to train to Alma Clean methods — Kim trains personally
- OSHA / health hazard certification for medical and sterile-adjacent spaces (or willingness to obtain as directed by Alma Clean)
Pluses (not required)
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle a plus)
- Prior commercial or medical-office cleaning experience
- Ownership mentality — pride in detail that doesn’t need constant supervision
- Comfortable with bilingual team communication (English and/or Spanish)
